$3,6 Million Mega Mutant Serum Excites Bored Apes – Top 10 NFT Sales
While the sale of various Bored Apes and CryptoPunk NFTs rank among the top 10 NFT sales, the sale of the Mega Mutant Serum stands out without any doubt. The Mega Mutant Serum, also known as the M3 Serum, is one of the rarest of them all. Mutant Apes having the Mega feature have changed wallets over several occasions, and so far, it has been able to reach up to 350 ETHs in the last few months.
The Non-Fungible Token permits an owner to mint a distinct Bored Ape Mutant, which will produce a very rare NFT within the Mutant Ape Yacht Club collections. The purchase is the most expensive NFT acquisition within the last one week, and the reveal will be live-streamed by the Ethereum co-founder. The 888 ETHs paid for the Mega Mutant Serum is the most ever paid for an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that the seller of the Serum NFT received the NFT for free as a member of the Bored Ape community, which has a portfolio worth over $8 million.

This week, various sales stood out on the Top 10 NFT sales, such as Fidenza, one in a series of blockchain-produced artworks by Tyler Hobbs, which featured fifth place and the Red Dragon from the Mirandus Vox collection in second place. Other notable sales between 20th to 26th December include the following; CyptoPunk number #9137 at 310 ETHs, CryptoPunk number #7656 at 285,69 ETHs, Bored Ape number #2402 at 200 WETH, Bored Ape number #605 at 199 ETHs, CryptoPunk number #8713 at 179,99 ETHs among other top sales.
