It is a new year, and the support for the NFT ecosystem is still on the rise. The news making the rounds is that TV manufacturer Samsung will be launching a TV later in 2022. This move makes Samsung the first top TV manufacturer to support the NFT ecosystem. This news should not surprise many, as Samsung's 2022 TV lineup indicates how more influential companies are showing support for the NFT ecosystem. According to Samsung in a press release,

"With demand for NFTs on the rise, the need for a solution to today's fragmented viewing and purchasing landscape has never been greater...in 2022, Samsung is introducing the world's first TV screen-based NFT explorer and marketplace aggregator, a groundbreaking platform that lets you browse, purchase, and display your favorite art – all in one place."

This NFT TV platform will offer creatives the opportunity to showcase their artworks to the world through a display setting embedded in the television screen. Also, the TV will allow interested buyers to watch the NFT before buying it and learn about the relevant details pertaining to the particular NFT.

It must be noted that this TV is an innovative and commendable idea by Samsung. It clearly shows that the TV manufacturing giant is aware of the needs of its customers, particularly creators and investors. With this TV screen-based NFT marketplace, creators will have a better means of showcasing their artworks in the best way possible, reaching a wider audience, and making more sales.
